Right of withdrawal

No voluntary product returns or exchange guarantee

We do not offer voluntary product returns or an exchange guarantee beyond statutory rights. Statutory withdrawal rights, product-specific exceptions and rights concerning defective or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected. Food and beverages are not excluded from statutory rights as a whole.

This returns policy does not exclude required refunds for a cancelled order or under statutory rights. A payment refund is separate from a voluntary product return.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period starts when you or a third party you designate, other than the carrier, receives the goods; for one order delivered separately, receipt of the last item is decisive.

Use of the form below is optional. Sending your statement before the deadline is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

We refund payments received, including the cheapest standard delivery offered, without undue delay and within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without refund fees. Extra costs of a different delivery method are not refunded. We may withhold repayment until we receive the goods or you provide proof of return, whichever occurs first.

Return or hand over the goods to the business address above without undue delay and within fourteen days of declaring withdrawal. Dispatch before the deadline is sufficient. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning, provided proper withdrawal information was given.

Statutory exceptions

Withdrawal is excluded in particular for goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (section 312g(2)(2) BGB). For sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, the right ceases when the seal is removed (section 312g(2)(3) BGB). The exception must actually apply to the particular product. Shelf-stable foods are not excluded as a whole.

Electronic withdrawal

Use “Withdraw an order” to submit your statement electronically. Review your details, then select “Confirm withdrawal”. The receipt includes your statement, a reference and the date and time received. Please retain these details. You may also withdraw using the contact methods above.
