Seller and scope
These terms apply to sales of goods to consumers by Enis Namli, handelnd unter Enam Market (ENAMMARKT). Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Ordering and acceptance
Product listings invite orders and are not binding offers. Basket contents and entries can be corrected before ordering. At checkout, the button stating an obligation to pay submits a binding offer. A receipt or payment-status notification alone is not acceptance. We accept by an email explicitly confirming acceptance of the order. A payment confirmed late after cancellation does not result in automatic acceptance or dispatch; we resolve the matter with you.
Prices, payment and delivery
Prices are in euros. Goods prices, any included VAT, unit prices, deposits and delivery charges are shown before a binding order is placed. You can pay using the methods offered at checkout. Delivery eligibility and conditions are checked for your address and basket. Chilled goods are not sent by parcel.
Withdrawal and defective goods
Statutory rights for defective goods apply. Please report damage or cooling problems promptly where possible; failure to report immediately does not remove statutory claims. Withdrawal rights and statutory exceptions are explained on the withdrawal page. Food is not excluded from withdrawal as a whole.
No voluntary product returns or exchange guarantee
We do not offer voluntary product returns or an exchange guarantee beyond statutory rights. Statutory withdrawal rights, product-specific exceptions and rights concerning defective or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected. Food and beverages are not excluded from statutory rights as a whole.
This returns policy does not exclude required refunds for a cancelled order or under statutory rights. A payment refund is separate from a voluntary product return.
Order records
For an accepted order, its contents, prices, delivery conditions and the terms and withdrawal information applicable when submitted are stored and sent by email. Please retain that message. Consumers are not bound to exclusive Stuttgart jurisdiction; mandatory consumer rights remain protected.
